I did not exactly win but I did win 3rd place in the bike category for the Portland Tri Club’s motivation contest. Our tri club did a January motivation contest. I mentioned the other day that I was in 6th place. I really upped my mileage the 4th week. I probably sneaked in at the very last minute because Monday through Thursday are the majority of my biking miles. The contest ran through January 31st which was Thursday. I totally had the advantage. Suckas!
The guy who WON biked 582 miles. 2nd place was 449 miles. I biked 327 miles to round out the podium!
3rd place is better than NO PLACE!
I am just excited that I won!! Congrats to Sherrie. She ran 250+ miles and WON the run category!!
UPDATE: Greg installed the shower faucet. I know you were all worried I could not take a shower! I still have yet to take one at the house. It is installed just in case I DO want to take a shower there. 
Has anyone won a contest like this? or Better yet…anyone won the lottery?
Congrats and WELL DESERVED!!! I won my category mostly staying inside on the treadmill. You took 3rd by going out in the RAIN! You are #1 in my book always!
