Last year at this time:
I was planning an adventure through New Zealand with Lupe and Jill.

I did not have a Facebook account. I never really wanted one. I think I was more lazy than anything to get on it. I did have fun looking at other friends’ accounts.
I did not have a smart phone. I refused one of those for a LONG time!
I did not have a blog or any intent on starting one.
Right before I left for New Zealand:
I got on Facebook. So all of my friends would be jealous of my travels! Isn’t that why you get on FB?
I got an Iphone. So I could take pics like this while in New Zealand.

What is happening at this time this year:
I have no vacay lined up. That needs to change real quick!
I have 5xx friends on FB.
I now have a Triathlete Treats FB page. (GO LIKE MY PAGE)
I still have an Iphone and taking RAD pics like this:

Since I am finally coming into the times, I thought I would show you this. I did not know what an Otter Box was until just the other day. I quickly found out that they are a poplular durable case for phones, different electronics, and everyone has one, except me!!
Here is my old phone case:
It did a good job.
BUT
I had a new patient the other day who works for Otter Box. I asked if he could get me a discount. HA. He gave me a free coupon! Boo-yah!!

I know about the Otter case because your brother has one, and I was with him when he got it. I don’t have one but if Justin has a coupon for your mother I will get one. My vacays are visiting my kids. See you in two weeks!

It’s so fun to look back and see how things have changed. That’s so awesome that you met Chrissie Wellington!
It was really fun “meeting” Chrissie but we really didn’t get to “meet” her. You wrote on a post it what you wanted her to write to you in her book and then you were quickly ushered into her to snap the pic and get your book. The whole process was literally 25 seconds.
